Great job, detail oriented, reliable, and fast despite being on high demand due to the recent storms hitting the city. I hired them because I would rather have someone I can talk directly than Home Depot who uses third party contractors. Robert and his team at A-lectric Company are the best in their business, hands down! We recently had a really bad storm here in our area, and if it wasn't for their rapid response and amazing products, me and my family would've been in serious trouble with the record high temperatures during the outage. He was upfront, honest, and fair on the estimate; he was efficient, knowledgeable, and fast on the install; and knowing I had suffered a family loss on the install date, he not only completed the install for me but made a special trip back to my house the next day to show me how to operate the generator. I recently purchased a whole house generator from A-Lectric, and found Robert and his crew to be very professional, prompt and freindly. Robert came out the same day I called to give me a quote, he spent time to explain everything and answer my questions. After shopping around I chose A-Lenctric and will never have any regrets. Had the generator installed within 1 1/2 weeks, took about 4 hrs and before the first week was up it has had to come on twice because of outages. Also, bought one for my daughter's house and they had it installed in less than a week, same great service. A-Lectric is A-1 on my book.

Robert was very prompt and diagnosed the problem with my generator immediately. I have had my whole home generator for over 18 months and it has never activated when the electricity went out. Instead, I continually got messages on the system showing over crank or stopped alarm error. Each time this occurred I contacted the company that installed it and always followed their directions to no avail. When a friend recommended A-Lectric I called immediately and am so glad I did. This past weekend my electricity went out several times for short periods. The generator kicked on each time. I finally feel the investment in a generator is giving me peace of mind and I have someone I can call if I do have a problem. Thank you, Robert and the A-Lectric team. You are the Best!

I found Robert Wolfe, owner of A-Lectric, to be highly skilled, fair, and honest. Robert decided to make adjustments during installation that were better for me but more costly to him. True to his word that the agreed upon price would not change, I was not charged the added expense. Bottom line, I felt like Robert wanted to do what was best for me as the customer. Did an excellent and timely job, After the winter storm we decided to go with a whole home generator. A good friend recommended A-Lectric who had just had just installed a Kohler whole house generator for their home. I called and Robert came the next day. After checking our home and service he gave an honest estimate with no high pressure for add ons or for us to sign immediately. When the crew came they did an extremely professional & thorough job. We also had them replace the service entrance pole. They made sure that the utilities were working after reconnecting service. Robert also went over the operation of the generator and made sure that we didn't have any questions. The crew left the site immaculate.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job installing my Kohler whole house standby generator. They took great care not to disturb any of my landscaping. The area around the generator was left very nice and neat. The installation only took a day and a half. Robert and crew were able to get to my installation very quickly. This has given me a great piece of mind since I take care of my 94 year old Mom. I’m impressed with how quiet the Kohler generator runs. I highly recommend A-Lectric and Kohler generators.
