Instead, I continually got messages on the system showing over crank or stopped alarm error. Each time this occurred I contacted the company that installed it and always followed their directions to no avail. When a friend recommended A-Lectric I called immediately and am so glad I did. This past weekend my electricity went out several times for short periods. The generator kicked on each time. Did an excellent and timely job, After the winter storm we decided to go with a whole home generator. A good friend recommended A-Lectric who had just had just installed a Kohler whole house generator for their home. I called and Robert came the next day. After checking our home and service he gave an honest estimate with no high pressure for add ons or for us to sign immediately. When the crew came they did an extremely professional & thorough job. We also had them replace the service entrance pole. They made sure that the utilities were working after reconnecting service. Robert also went over the operation of the generator and made sure that we didn't have any questions. The crew left the site immaculate.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job installing my Kohler whole house standby generator. They took great care not to disturb any of my landscaping. The area around the generator was left very nice and neat. The installation only took a day and a half. Robert and crew were able to get to my installation very quickly.
